Firm Profile:
Papy, Weissenborn, Poole & Vraspir, P.A., serves Florida from its
offices in Miami, West Palm Beach and Tampa. The Firm's objective is
to provide its clients with prompt, innovative and efficient legal services
at a reasonable cost. Our firm has been involved in the defense of insurance
claims for the past 37 years.
Our philosophy is
to provide a broad array of quality services to clients ranging from
individuals to businesses of all kinds. At our initial meeting with
the clients, we first determine the nature of the service the client
requires, sometimes identifying problems of which the client may not
be aware. The case is then assigned to the supervising lawyer having
the most expertise on the subject matter and the client is counseled
on the course of action recommended. There is no substitute for preparation
and hard work. We have a well-trained support staff and state-of-the-art
support facilities, including LEXIS electronic legal research, computerized
accounting, data and word processing and information retrieval, and
telephone facsimile transmission of documents. We also have the capability
of transferring data between computers in each of our field offices.
